The Best Weekend Activities to do with Toddlers

One of the lesser talked-about challenges of being a parent is the constant need to come up with new and fun places to visit as a family. While toddlers are generally entertained for hours by playing in the playground, having a picnic in the park or going to Soft Play.

It’s enjoyable for everyone to change things up now and again. With the summer approaching, there are plenty more fun opportunities for all the family to enjoy, come rain or shine. Here’s our pick of the best both in London and across the wider UK.

Arts and crafts sessions are fun for all ages and a great way to keep the kids entertained for hours whilst encouraging their learning and development. Head on over to the Wacky Warehouse at the Old House at Home for plenty of crafting fun.

After a creative session, there’s plenty of fun to be had in the rest of the warehouse with ball pits, slides, tunnels and climbing frames.
